Polypropylene hot stamping foil is a thermoplastic resin film which is heat-sealed to a substrate through the hot stamping technique. In this method, the foil is stamped onto the substrate using a heated die. The foil may be transferred to the substrate because the die is heated to a temperature above the melting point of the foil. Labels, decals, and packaging are some frequent uses for polypropylene hot stamping foil. Printed circuit boards and textile printing both utilise it in their creation. To mark logos, text, kid warning labels, part numbers, and pretty much any other type of direct part marking for product identification, this technique is ideal.
